A meeting ends early. You arrive somewhere ahead of schedule. You finish lunch with several minutes remaining.
What happens next?
Many of us automatically reach for a phone. Messages, news, social media, and another task can quickly occupy a pause that once remained empty.

What do you normally do when five unexpected free minutes appear in your day, and what happens when you leave them unfilled?

The interesting question for me is whether every available pause needs another input. Choosing occasionally to leave one empty gives us another option.
