I recently got a break to spend 2 days on Florida beaches. We got there early as is much needed, Florida beaches draw crowds by the end of the day, Early so we staked out ideal spots for our shade awning and chairs. Ocean view and wave sounds view calming.
Breathing ocean air changes how I feel within minutes.
It creates a clear and relaxed mental state.
Muchly recommended to find time each day to submerge yourself in Nature, een for a few minutes, 15 minutes at least.
