Spirituality can mean something different to each of us. Some people connect it with faith or meditation. Others experience it through nature, service, gratitude, family, compassion, or greater awareness of everyday life.
My personal definition has become increasingly practical: be aware of yourself, be good to yourself, and be good to others. I am interested in what happens when we move beyond definitions and consider how spirituality becomes visible through our behavior.

Discussion Question
What ordinary action or practice makes spirituality personally meaningful within your everyday life?
The third part of my definition moves outward toward other people. I find ordinary interactions particularly interesting because kindness often happens without recognition. What small action from another person has stayed with you longer than they probably realized?
