Comparison is a natural human behavior.

It can help us learn, improve, and gain perspective. However, excessive comparison often reduces happiness by shifting attention away from gratitude and personal growth.

This discussion explores:

    • Social media influences
    • Self esteem and confidence
    • Gratitude and perspective
    • Personal growth versus competition
