Groundhog Day works for me that way. Its fictional time loop creates an interesting question about ordinary life.

What movie gave you an idea about life that stayed with you long after the movie ended?
I have watched many movies involving science, space, alternate realities, artificial intelligence, and consciousness.
I still choose Groundhog Day for this discussion. Phil gradually becomes an observer of his own life, which makes his transformation particularly interesting to me.
