Most of us have experienced some form of workplace recognition.
Perhaps it was a bonus, a personal thank you, public acknowledgment, extra flexibility, a team celebration, or simply someone noticing work that usually went unseen.

Discussion Question
What workplace recognition made you feel genuinely appreciated, and what made it meaningful?
I remember compant pizza connected with completed projects and important milestones.
What stayed with me was rarely the food. I remember the conversations and the feeling that everyone understood what the team had accomplished.
Recognition felt genuine when it connected directly with real contributions.
