Most responsibilities do not arrive all at once. They accumulate.
A work assignment appears. Someone needs help. Dinner needs planning. An appointment needs scheduling. Another household task joins the list.
Eventually, we can become so accustomed to carrying responsibilities that we stop questioning whether each one still belongs with us.
Consider four possibilities:
Share it. Postpone it. Simplify it. Release it.
