🎾 Three years ago, QuantumAlchemist369 began with a Golden Retriever chasing a tennis ball.
The moment was ordinary. The question behind it became much larger.
What can we learn when we pay closer attention to everyday life?
Three years later, reflection has become an important part of this anniversary. Growth often happens gradually, making it difficult to recognize during an ordinary week.
Looking backward gives us another perspective. We can recognize changes in our understanding, priorities, relationships, habits, and approach to everyday life.
Major accomplishments are only part of that story.
Perhaps you became more patient. Maybe you reconsidered an assumption, developed greater confidence, strengthened a relationship, or learned to appreciate something you previously overlooked.
Those changes matter too.
For this third anniversary, I invite you to consider three questions:
What do you understand today that you did not understand three years ago?
Who contributed positively to that understanding?
What would you like to understand three years from now?
Reflection becomes especially useful when it gives direction to what comes next.

Community Question
Think back three years.
What is one meaningful way your understanding of yourself or life has changed?
Was there a person, experience, mistake, unexpected opportunity, or simple everyday moment that contributed to that change?

The three year perspective makes me think differently about progress. I may not have reached every goal, yet I understand several parts of my life differently today.
