What if humanity’s first contact begins with a scientific pattern rather than a spacecraft?
The First Conversation is my new science fiction novel about scientists who discover an unexpected relationship hidden within experimental data. What begins as an anomaly gradually becomes something far more difficult to explain.
The story explores consciousness, scientific evidence, communication, curiosity, and our assumptions about intelligence. It asks whether consciousness could arise through a physical organization very different from biological life.
I wanted the science to matter. The scientists question their own conclusions, test alternative explanations, repeat experiments, and seek independent verification before accepting extraordinary possibilities.
At its center, however, this is a story about communication.
What happens when two forms of intelligence recognize each other for the first time?

If humanity discovered another form of intelligence, what evidence would convince you it was truly conscious?
The basis for the the idea behind “The First Conversation” is human consciousness is encased in our body mass. Mass is energy, could consciousness form without mass in coherent energy? From there how would we detect another consciousness, the book shows it was discovered unintentionally, Available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HJP2MBXW
The First Conversation is finally in my hands! 📚✨
What an exciting moment to receive the first printed paperback copies of my science fiction novel!
What began as a question about consciousness has become a story I can hold. Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me throughout this publishing journey.
What if consciousness exists beyond matter?
