There are times , when my over active brain resists sleep, especially when it is off on its own with a new creative ideas or digital codings. I tell my brain “Goodnight brain, think of our great life, wife, and family. That creates a calming effect and heavy sleep comes. My brain’s reaction is “ok, sleep extra deep, because we will be up early and get back to that idea and coding soon!”
