We have all had this recent experience, where a communicated thought or idea, then shows up in subsequent internet browsing, either in ads or recommended associations. I recently had a dream, there was a distinct item (a zebra patterned dress) in the dream, after the dream, the item showed up in a social media meme! I had never previously seen the item or the meme. In a different time, I would have called it a coincidence or premonition of unknown origin. Today, I wonder, has AI learned enough now to create my dream and follow up with the meme? Ok ,maybe not influence dream creation, yet, but know a probability I might experience and arrange the follow up? It’s a brave new world of AI uncertainty, with fear and unimaginable potential.
